Lance Dulac

I gave my word and gained a key
I gave my heart and set it free
There's no turning back from this odyssey
'Cause I feel so alive suddenly
And I wonder...is this really me?

During the reign of King Arthur, it was Lancelot du Lac who brought down the Round Table with his love of Guinevere, betraying Arthur and his comrades. From this union, Arthur's queen bore Lancelot a son in the confines of the nunnery where she lived out her days. Lancelot, forever haunted by his disgrace, swore an oath to God on the blood of his son that he would restore the reign of Camelot through his line, through sacrifice and service.
Shortly after his birth, the child disappeared.

Taken away by the Lady of the Lake and raised to manhood, he returned to the world a man of strength, virtue, and great power. So began the legacy of the du Lac line, with the pledge to knighthood of every firstborn son. Taken at birth, he is schooled by the Lady and her court to uphold the legacy of the Round Table as a child of Camelot, then returned to the world...ensuring with each generation that the spirit of Arthur and his Knights lives on.

Lance Dulac was no exception, taken from his family as an infant and raised in the far reaches of the English moors. Schooled in magic, combat, and the history of his legacy, he was returned to his family at the age or fifteen...a child like none his family had ever expected.

Leaving England with his family shortly thereafter, Lance moved to New York where he excelled in school despite a penchant for fighting and getting into trouble. Sure, he was usually sticking up for bullied kids and girls fending off unwanted male attentions, but the principal hardly cared. And yes, he might have had some trouble with the law by getting involved with local boys making trouble in an effort to prevent a bad situation from getting worse, but the cops weren't paying attention to that part.

Sometimes bad things can happen when you're trying to do the right thing.

DISCLAIMER: Not Triple H or Paul Levesque, not Lance Dulac. Lance is an original character of my own creation, Paul Levesque is an American pro wrestler, and Triple H is the character he portrays in the WWE. HHH belongs to the WWE, Paul belongs to himself, and Lance belongs to me. Don't steal, don't sue, I'm not making any money. Keep America beautiful. ;p
